Passenger satisfaction surveys commissioned by Tallinna Linnatranspordi AS have shown that passengers are very satisfied with Tallinn tram traffic. However, innovations are still very much welcome, as the traffic density in Tallinn has increased year by year, and the expansion of the tram network will help us ensure passenger satisfaction and the growth of public transport use in the future as well.

As a public transport service provider, we are happy to contribute to the implementation of the tram infrastructure project by sharing information and experience related to the provision of the service already at the planning stage so that the new tram route meets our needs as a service provider and consumer expectations.

All TLT trams run on 100% green electricity. In the second half of the year, the bus fleet will be renewed, where older buses will be replaced by new environmentally friendly compressed gas buses, which is the next step in implementing the goals of the Green Capital in public transport. As a service provider, TLT welcomes the city’s decision to upgrade the infrastructure together with the renewal of the vehicle fleet, which will allow us to offer a more convenient, faster, and more environmentally friendly service on the new tram route, which will be completed by the end of 2023.
