Feedback

We will respond to the feedback within 30 calendar days of its receipt, in accordance with the Regulation No 181/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 February 2011. Complaints sent on Saturday and Sunday and on public holidays will be considered to be received on the following working day. The possible accurate and correct data of the event is a prerequisite for quickly finding out the circumstances of the incident and for the operative processing of the appeal.
